History

CDMS is an information technology support company established in 1997 by Chris Symeon. Chris is a computer enthusiast and quickly became a key expert in computer networks in the 1990s. He decided to create his own company and rapidly expanded his service to the United States.

 

CDMS has extensive knowledge of the legal sector, of its applications and its specific software. Our president and founder was the IT director for an important Montreal law office before launching the company in 1997. Several of our employees also worked for different cabinets, and they know this unique environment very well. 

 

Over time, the company acquired Converge-Net in 2006, a company specialized in computer security, then in 2013 of the QITX company, a leader in the areas of data centres, fibre optic redistribution and IP voice systems.

 

In 2019, drawing on its experience in the hotel industry, CDMS created a branch dedicated to the hotel industry. OTLvision specializes in improving the customer experience.
